I have been finding meditation and creative visualization very
difficult. I get very distracted easily. So I was curious if anyone
else has tried sensory deprivation as a method to increase ones ability
to focus?
My idea is this I plan to have a Hood Wink made and purchase the best
earplugs I can find and use them during my meditation. I hope this will
eliminate any unnecessary distractions and help me to achieve a more
satisfactory result. Anybody have any thoughts on this?
