Here is another new topic:
Does anyone here have set of magical practices that they do everyday,
or on a regular schedule?

For myself, I confess, that I have no "regular" practices anymore. I
banish when I feel the need and I invoke often, just not in any
particular format!

93,

I perform Resh everyday and practice some form of meditation or creative
visualization Everyday. I'm slowly adding things when I feel the time
is right. The most important thing I'm trying to do right now is teach
myself discipline through making sure that I perform the adorations
everyday and take the time to practice meditation/visualization
everyday.

The basic outline that I'm following for my practices is a book called
"Modern Magick" by Donald Michael Kraig this book seems to be based in
sound magical practices. And it is the book that is most responsible
for helping me to begin to understand Thelema and Crowley. It is the
first book I ever read that help me to make some sense out of ceremonial
magick. Therefore if I find someone who is new ceremonial magick I
recommend this book first and then recommend Crowley because in my mind
it is the perfect primer for someone who has no knowledge of ceremonial
magic.

Yes, Don Kraig's first book is probably one of the better MTP style
books out there. I like it too and used to use it when I taught Wiccans
ceremonial magick, as that was easier for them to chew on the Crowley!
I had a chance to meet Kraig too. Very nice guy, kind of quiet. He did
a lecture on Sex Magick at a Conference that I was at (this is in, like
1990 maybe?). But anyway, yeah, I have always thought Kraig, aside from
a few flaws in his ideology, was an excellent primer to Magick in
general.

93,
I tend to try to do some Liber E and Liber O on a daily basis, Resh and
Will. If I'm pressed for time then a star Ruby and Reguli and some
asana, pranayama ect.
