Email not recording to Notes/History

We have several users that when they email from Saleslogix using
Outlook 97/98, their email does not record to history. I checked the
solutions database and found docu's from registry settings and Profiles
but none of these apply. They seem to be set up exactly the same as
other users whose emails go to history. I logged a case with SLX but I
am afraid they will reference a docu that I already checked.

It a weird one. Any ideas?

Does the SLX "Complete email for..." box appear and prompt them to
record to history after they click the Send button?
If not have them check the Tools--> Options--> Email tab then make
sure "Log to History" is set to Prompt or Always. If it is set to
Always try setting it to Prompt. (Sorry if this is too obvious :) )
Do the emails actually get sent out thru Outlook?

Actually I called SLX and they gave me the fix. There was a missing
registry entry which I had to add. Email me or post here if anyone
needs or wants it.
