Hi there!!

Does any one know if SalesLogix has a faxing solution? Meaning, I have
reps who would like to fax documents to several contacts at one time.
Thanks friends!!

This is in the Third-Party Software section of SupportOnline. I hope
it helps. I have used this product in the past with great results, but
alas, not in connection with SalesLogix

Gateway to WinFax Pro providing user with an easy way to fax a single
contact/account or a group of contacts/accounts.

member of your support team. FaxRush takes care of printing and faxing
cover memos, and product information.

Also, send an email to in...@haestad.com and ask for information on
MergeFax.
It is a new program that works with MS Word and almost any datasource
and will allow you to send completely merged documents one at a time to
any printer or fax.

The advantage to sending them one at a time, is you do not have to wait
for a really large merge and send the merge doc across a network.
In addition, even if you do this, most faxing software will interpret
this as one fax and send it all to the same number.

A couple of guys at Haestad Methods have solved all of this and they
have been able to send completely merged faxes (more than 20 fields)
merged into paragraphs to a hundred thousand fax numbers at once.

This seems to be the only solution for merged faxes that go far beyond
cover sheet merge technology.
Even if it is more than you are looking for, you should contact them
and check out what it can do.
