syncing problems

I have one remote use who is having problems syncing. It is only
receiving that he is having problems with. When he does a sync it
sends his files no problem, but than hangs up on the first file to be
received. I have checked and I know for certain it is not this one
file. All it does is hang for about 5 minutes than kick out an error
message that says "failed to receive file". I have checked his
permissions on the server side and all are ok. He has plenty of hard
drive space, system resources and the like. I have upped the time out
setting in his transfer profile. No luck, no change in error, no luck
with Support. We're using 3.16, remote machine is Win95, server is
using sql 7. Any one have an idea or direction to go in? Thanks!
