We are only able to listen to Radio Sweden on the internet as we are
not allowed to have an outside antenna. We try to listen to Radio
Sweden every day.
We were having an occasional server reached its capacity message
flashed when we could not listen to Radio Sweden using Real Audio
( which we downloaded from Radio Sweden page. Works great and have
since upgraded it)
Lately every time we try to listen to Radio Sweden we are given.

We are wondering if other members are having this problem?
We can still read the articles but want to listen to both the English
and Swedish segments (to help learn the Swedish pronouncation as you
suggested).
When it gets cooler, I am going in the attic and string a long wire
antenna all over the place. Then connect this to our receiver. This way
we MAY have a backup system when internet listening doesnt work.
Over twenty years ago I strung a 200 foot long wire antenna between two
trees. I got it up at least 60 ft using a bow and arrow, and then
climbed the trees and fastened the insulators and standoffs.I got
excellent SWL reception and QSL cards from Radio Sweden. Also thanks in
a small part to Radio Sweden sending me confirmed QSL cards, I kept up
the interest and eventually got my Extra Class amateur radio licence
KX2L
Im older now and dont climb trees anymore. We dont have any big trees
at our home in Florida anyway and are deed restricted(so no outside
antenna).
I dont know if the inside attic antenna will work in copying Radio
Sweden, but Ill give it a try.
Keep well all. Tack sa mycket Tom
