Does anyone know if there will be any problems
supporting PerlScript with these new versions
of software?

No, not a problem at all. Windows 2000 and IIS 5 is my current setup,
and everything works great! As I understand it, most software
developers, such as ActiveState, have been working with Windows 2000
since early beta versions, too. I think there are many positive
surprises to look forward once Windows 2000 hits the shelves!
