I have just bought a pair of E82CC with Philips marking/box from WiWi
which is exactly the same as the ones sold at eBay as follows :

The tube has no Philips etched code and on close examination of the
plate, I found that the shinny silver plate structure is very similar
to the Thomson Ministron 5687WA I got (an excellent tube). Furthermore,
it has a marking "12AU7WA" underneth on the tube which is also the same
as the Thomson 5687WA.

Is it really a Thomson?

I think this one is the real, better things. Note the plate structure
is different and gold pins. However, more expensive.
