Greetings all!
Tour is over (to the tune of Mr Lennon's 'Merry Christmas')...
And what a tour it was. Several things to say, as follows:
1): Anyone who went along to any of the shows will know just how much
Gary appreciated you being there. Your loyal devotion to him is a
fabulous, inspiring thing. Give yourself a BIG round of applause.
2): Merchandise from the tour WILL be made available via the fan club
(at ridiculously reduced prices) and the website - but be patient! Both
methods of purchase will not be available until late January/early
February.
3): Thanks to everyone who posted messages praising the latest 'In
Conversation'. People are always quick to criticise, so it's nice to be
complimented every now and then.
4): Thanks to the 'meet and greet' winners who took time to post
grateful messages.
5): Well done to Jan of GB Fans; you put a lot of effort into your
events with the result that a lot of people had a lot of fun. Less said
about stripping, the better!
6): Don't believe the hype; Press reports of Gary's future with RCA are
merely muck-raking speculation. Gary's future as a recording artist is
NOT in any doubt. Enough said, I hope.
Finally, I must wish you all a very Merry Christmas, and a Happy New
Year.
You guys are a wonderful bunch of people, and I look forward to being
your 'bridge' to Mr Barlow way into the 21st Century.
