some questions to this:
1. how can i calculate the capacity between round rod and
plane diaphragm ?
2. any idea about calculate or measure "shunt capacitance" of a system?
3. how to calculate primary impedance of push and pull transformers??
for example two times 1:100 connected to two times 80kohm on
secondary?
many tks in advance

This is not so easy, try a textbook on elekromagnetics. It
involves some integration of maxwell equations (I have done
it in my studies long time ago).

To calculate this is quite easy, it's all the area of an elektrostatic
element that holds charge but does not contribute to the movement
of the diaphragma. So add up all the area that is eaten up by spacers
etc. Take also into consideration the dielectric constant of the
spacer.

Primary impedance = secondary impedance / n^^2
where n is the turns ratio (in you case 100).
I don't understand you circuit configuration but I hope above
formula helps. So 80 Kohm is reflected by:
80*10^^3 / (100 * 100) = 8 ohm on the primary side.
