It looks as if another Backstreet Boy may be headed down the aisle.

Just weeks after millions of teen hearts were torn apart by announcements
that the group's Kevin Richardson and Brian Littrell had each become engaged,
we hear that BSB A. J. McLean is about to pop the question to ex-Florida
theme-park performer Amanda Latona.

"They're getting engaged this year," a friend of the couple's tells Hot
Stuff. "He's already picked out a ring at Mayor's Jewelry," a Florida chain
store. A BSB rep insists McLean hasn't picked out a ring – yet.

McLean, 22 and Latona, 20, met several years ago at a party in their native
Orlando while McLean was dating Marisa Jackson.

Soon after he and Jackson called it quits in February 1998, McLean and Latona
– a onetime member of the all-girl band Innosense – started seeing each
other, the friend says.

Latona may want to check out Jackson's recently launched all-about-A.J. Web
site (Loving AJ) Among the offerings: home-video clips of the pop star
stripping – out of Jackson's slinky lingerie!

As for the other Boys, Richardson, 27, asked dancer Kristen Willits, 30, to
marry him shortly before Christmas, while Littrell, 25, gave a ring to
actress Leighanne Wallace, 30, on Christmas night.

In other words, only Howie D. and Nick Carter are still up for grabs.

I posted a reply but somehow it didn't go threw. What I said was I
sent to the a friend of mine who heard AJ was gay. Well I guess this
told her he wasn't. That what ya get for listening to rumors.
