SSO has been a game for 10 years. 10 years of progress, or not. The first few years of SSO were productive: great story, updates, and overall atmosphere. But there is no denying that the game has gone down hill since 2018 or even earlier 2016-2017. The company/SSO Team has gotten so money hungry, it's embarrassing. They are extremely selfish and starving the SSO community of actual updates and in game fun for years. They never listen to their players. For example: Steve's farm/Silverglade update, Soul Rider updates, and Dark Rider updates; just to name a few. You can't have a good game when your players are unhappy. Recently there was a big server shut down; we aren't talking an hour or two, for some it was almost 24 hours.
Also, if you're not going to actively participate in salvaging this game (not that you have an obligation to, of course), then please do what you can passively to begin the movement SSO has needed for 5 years now. Start saving the game files, take screenshots of what may become lost media, get accounts of the company's word, responses, and actions. And PLEASE start leaving reviews. Reviews on larger game sites have MUCH more of a difference than you may think they do.
This table presents all available horses (breeds) that you may buy in the game, besides your horse you started with. Unfortunately, SSO is frequently changing the points of sale for the horses. Therefore I can't guarantee that the indicated sites will always be up-to-date.
Enjoy yourself browsing and selecting your horses. Abbie Starwatcher.
In each of the games the player starts out at a stable, where the stable warden teaches them how to ride and care for their horse. The player then gets to explore the surroundings and work his or her way upwards.
The player starts out meeting Eric Lowe at the Meander Stable, who introduces them to the horse Bella. The player fights to become a better show jumper while they makes their way toward the famous Decker Horse Show.
Jordan Jet has taken over the Rockville Stable and the player meets her for the first time. Jordan lends the horse Bella to the player and explains her dream about starting a riding camp in the area, but the owners of Bayridge Stables and Beauvista Stables are sceptic. The player meets many talented riders as she works toward competing in the dressage competition at the riding school of Rodilla.
Herman's brother Coyote comes home after many years in USA and the player gets to help him with starting a western center in Jorvik. The player starts her journey with Coyote's riding school horse Old Faithful and goes on many adventures in the area. While the player learns more about western riding she works towards competing in the Lone Star Rodeo.
