Hello,
I'm trying to install DEIS with vagrant.
I followed the instructions up to this point:
http://docs.deis.io/en/latest/installing_deis/install-platform/#install-deis-platform
But I am missing the file/folder

What did I miss?

Actually the ssh doesn't seem to be the problem.
My real problem is that when I run:
`deisctl start platform`
it is stuck on
deis-store-monitor.service: activating/start-pre
