The music video begins with two scientists (one of them portrayed by Reuben Langdon) working to create an A.I. However the A.I splits into two and takes the form of both Sueyoshi and ISSA, who then begin their escape. The scientists attempt to block them, but the two easily override them and create backup dancers to assist them in their escape. The scientists are able to create a firewall to prevent ISSA from escaping, but Sueyoshi creates a backdoor that allowed ISSA to break through it. The scientists then proceed to isolate them into a sphere before deleting them. When the two believe that the threat has been subsidized, the two appear in reality behind them.
Soon afterwards, Sougo, Geiz, Tsukuyomi, and Woz receive a call for help from both Go Shijima and Krim Steinbelt, who plead for the four to go back in time and protect Krim's ancestor from being killed, which would result in Drive's history disappearing in the process. The team would follow through this request and travel to 1575, during the prelude from the famed Battle of Nagashino. Sougo and Geiz infiltrate Oda Nobunaga's ranks, but Geiz ends up taking Nobunaga's place as Nobunaga runs off and tries to court Clara Steinbelt. Discovering her identity as Krim's ancestor, they move in to protect her from being attacked by Kamen Rider Zonjis and Kamen Rider Zamonas.
After delivering Clara Steinbelt back to her lover Pietro, the team return to 2019, where Krim and Go wait for them and give Sougo the Drive and Mach Ridewatches. However, Woz steals the Ridewatches and presents them to his "true" leader, SOUGO Tokiwa. As a member of Quartzer, it's their job to control all of history to SOUGO's demands, while essentially making Sougo a "kagemusha" of the true SOUGO. SOUGO transforms into Barlckxs and defeats Sougo, later confining him in prison.
Awakening back in the present, Sougo declares that he wants to be king to help the world, not to rule over it, when the Ohma Zi-O Ridewatch materializes in his hand. Sougo transforms into Zi-O OhmaForm as a gigantic projection of Ohma Zi-O appeared behind him. Witnessing this, Woz makes a grand speech about Zi-O OhmaForm being the advent of a new history that wasn't in his book. Finally, Zi-O landed in front of Zonjis and Zamonas.
Back in the scene of the battle, Kamen Rider Zonjis has recovered. He claims to be the one who will rule over the Reiwa era. However, the Rider from Sougo's dream, Kamen Rider Zero-One appears and announces he is the first Kamen Rider of the Reiwa era.

This version of Sougo Tokiwa follows the same history as his canon counterpart. However, upon collecting all Heisei Rider Ridewatches, he was confronted by a mysterious alternate version of himself who wished to rewrite Rider history. In an effort to stop him, he obtains the power of his overlord self and proceeds to stop him.

The Quartzer then commence their ultimate plan: to collide their own world with the World of Kamen Rider in order to create a new world for them to rule over. However, Sougo is freed when Tsukuyomi and Go Shijima bust him out while Geiz fights Woz and goes to confront his adult self. The Quartzer summon a massive portal to converge their world with the main Kamen Rider world and suck up many people into the portal, including Sougo. However, before Sougo can be sucked in Oma Zi-O appears and sends him the Oma Zi-O Ridewatch, which Sougo uses to transform into Zi-O Oma Form.
Often times, crossover movies are not considered canon. And that opens the door to possibilities in doing whatever the hell they want without concerning themselves with actual events in the series. That can be terribly annoying for some fans. But you can definitely take it either way. Accept everything as one universe or pick and choose what you want to connect. It can be fun figuring out how things connect to one another as well.

The Zi-O Oma Form watch will be actually be releasing a month earlier than the above 3-pack, in November. Based on Oma Zi-O, this movie exclusive power-up will give Sougo all the strength and abilities of the future overlord Oma Zi-O! Premium Bandai has revealed two new Ridewatch releases for the soon to be released Kamen Rider Zi-O: Over Quartzer film!
First up, a 3-pack for the villains exclusive to the film! These are Ridewatches for Kamen Riders Barlckxs, Zoshinj, and Zamonas. Each of these characters is of course based on the unique riders who qualify as Heisei Kamen Riders, but aren't generally counted towards the era. Each of their watches interacts with the previously released DX Ziku Driver. This set details for 4950 yen and will be released as P Bandai exclusive in December.
And to round out the movie watches, a brand new watch for Kamen Rider Zi-O will also be released. The Zi-O Oma Form watch will be actually be releasing a month earlier than the above 3-pack, in November.
