Problem with Repeaters

Hi,

I'm new to degrafa and have been experimenting with reppeaters. I'm
having problems text or numbers.

I can repeat lines rectanagles circles etc around a center point at
given radius and increments;

But I cannot get text or numbers to do the same.

Also can anybody recommend a book which includes help with degrafa.
