Degrafa Mouse Events

Hi All,

Can some one help me with the mouse event issue, Issue is , its
not consistent. Please look at the below URL, I am capturing mouse
over events to show the tooltip, but its not consistently working ,
some time the mouse events are not getting triggered. Some times I
have to keep moving mouse over the area multiple times to get the
events fired.

Please help.

I got this fixed, I gave a background fill to the shape and it
worked,
