FYI

Tornado decides to have similar timeout management (don't remove a cancelled timeout immediately) as Deft. (https://github.com/facebook/tornado/commit/b6c4d6d20196fa4fec936ddc6fb252698c1933b9)

I'm not saying they got the idea from Deft, just justifying Deft's design decision.
