Build Server (Reboot Failed)

Hi,
The server was upgraded to the latest version of Jenkins, but a later reboot did not complete. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to force a restart even through the provider's console. A support request has been lodged, but I don't know how long this might take. Sorry for any inconvenience.
