Modal shape analysis

Greetings, 

I was wondering if there is any known software that can use deformetrica generated shapes from Atlas or Geodesic regression to perform modal analysis of a 3D surface mesh: i.e. feed it a time series of STL/VTK files and look at modes.

I've used Paraview in order to visualize the .vtk files generated from Deformetrica. I'm not sure if that's your question.
