Starting with deformtrica

Hello everyone,

I had recently started with deformetrica. I have read various papers which explain the background for Statistical shape analysis, but I am a bit lost. Do any of you know how to evaluate the results in order to obtain the best template and deformations? Or do anyone know any tutorial which explains the basis for SSM?
