Using Deformetrica for Quantification of Cardiac Fiber Orientation

Hi Deformetrica Team,

I have been investigating methods and packages for analyzing alignment of troponin fibers that span across multiple planes in a 3D image stack.

(These fibers are from iPS-derived cardiomyocytes grown on a 3D substrate). 

I am looking to quantify alignment throughout the whole image stack, not just from individual slices. 

Would this program be able to quantify overall organization of cardiac fibers using its methods of analysis?
