PLS and shooting

Hi everyone!

I'm struggling while performing the shooting of the PLS. I've already created the momenta files txt. with the shape vector of my first component. But I'm not able to perfom the shooting properly with the compute_shooting function. Does someone done it before? There is information about deformetrica and PCA but I haven't found anaything about PLS.
