Template for the app Cool Reader on Android

 I've made a minor change to the "offline" template to make it easier to read fics on an Android phone with the app "Cool Reader".  It's not a big change, but it makes it easier to navigate to the next chapter on a small screen.
I think this is how to share it with Google Drive, and if the author wants to include it on the website download page with the other templates, feel free. All I did was enlarge the links.

I also recall modding the "simple" one some years ago for Cool Reader, but wasn't satisfied with it. Still, if anybody is interested...

For those interested, here is a link to Cool Reader, a very robust e-reader app that can read virtually every ebook format as well as pdf, text, html, .doc, rtf, and .odt.  Great for all your reading needs. There are two versions on Google Play, IIRC sometimes on version works on some phones and not others.
