Downloading Deffnetizer

I have tried and tried to d/l deffnetizer and every one that I've tried doesn't work. The one that comes close doesn't have the templates when I go to save the story, is anyone else having a problem with theirs? I have uninstalled and reinstalled and some will not even pull up a story and others will say don't have permission for this software!
