- Role To develop future strategy road map in the field of IT and management of Digital Supply Chains

HR Manager
- Role: To develop and oversee the HR policies and their implementation, especially in the field of training and development.
- Position – 1
- Location – Bangaluru
- Should be able to coach and mentor line managers and formulate and implement training and development activities. They should also be able to manage employee life cycle activities and develop and execute employee satisfaction initiatives.
- Should have at least 8 years’ experience in the field of HR.
- Age – Below 40 (SSC Offrs)
Recruitment Manager
- Role: To oversee the recruitment process of multiple Operational Units across the country.
- Position - 1
- Location – Bengaluru
- Should be proficient in recruiting procedures and identification of talent. Must be able to
formulate recruiting policies for the company and oversee the recruiting process
- To be a post-graduate, with a Diploma from a Management School. At least 10 years of work experience in the field of HR
- Age – Below 45
Recruitment Manager
- Role – To oversee the recruitment process of multiple operating units across the country.
- Positions – 2
- Locations – Bangaluru and Mumbai
- Should be a Graduate with a Diploma from a Management School and have at least 10 years of experience in the field of HR.

Associate Manager - Recruitment
- Role: To ensure the delivery of candidates to meet the recruiting demands of the company.

- Location – Bangaluru
- Should have knowledge of Recruiting procedures and sources of supply and be able to identify and recruit good candidates as per the company requirement.
- Should be able to handle a team of 15 -20 recruiters.
- Have at least 8 years’ experience in HR
