Dear Veterans / RDOA,

 

1. I have reliably learnt that there is very strong move to cut many ECHS facilities that Veterans are enjoying presently. There is a proposal with DGMS (Air) and other three 

DGMS s; to put a cap of a maximum of Rs.25000/- ( Rs Twenty Five Thousand only) per Veteran for ECHS treatment. These days it costs more than Rs.25000/- to get a simple medical procedure (like an Angiogram or a few CAT scans) done in civil hospitals. This is the way the Babus are paying back the Armed Forces of our country. It is a crying SHAME!

 

2. Let us see what the RDOA and other Retired Veterans' associations/services can do about it. Please spread the word around.
