As you know we went to court in Chicago, Illinois on Monday, March 9,
2009. Khadijah Siddeeq-Mohammed, the widowed wife of Imam W. D.
Mohammed, was represented by a most capable dignified lawyer, Ms.
Kapitan, and supported by a respectable contingent of approximately 30
to 40 faithful Muslims. Shirley Muhammad, the divorced ex-wife of Imam
Mohammed, and her children attended--accompanied by 2 or 3 family
members and approximately 2 members of the Muslim community.
