Open Letter to Gun Rights Supporters Coming to Richmond Jan. 20

The people of Richmond, Virginia, are bracing for Jan. 20, when thousands - perhaps tens of thousands - of people are expected to converge on the State Capitol to oppose proposed laws restricting gun ownership. Gov. Northam has declared a State of Emergency, and rumors are flying thick and fast that there may be mass violence. The following statement, in podcast and written form, is an Open Letter to Gun Rights Supporters from the editor of The Virginia Defender newspaper.
