 IFSC code HDFC0009439 is already active at RBI  for RTGS and NEFT.
You can view the same from below given RBI site of IFSC codes.

Remitter bank have not added our IFSC code in their host system due to which they are unable to remit the funds.

Kindly advise those banks to add the same so they can able to transfer the funds, Further you can use any of our existing active IFSC codes as our inward is centralised  but ensure that beneficiary account number should be correct.
