Dear Residents,

Greetings!

Madurdaha Deeshari Welfare Society (MDWS) is pleased to announce a 10 member team formed to enhance connectivity internally and with the society. MDWS has fine tuned the formation of a subcommittee as Deeshari Estate Cultural Association to accomplish primarily the following objectives:

1. To help innovative and creative minds to work together continuously and create the essence of "One Deeshari" within all of us in its true sense

2. This team will be solely responsible for ideating and executing all cultural events through out the year with the help of volunteers (self nominated) or selected members within the society

3. This team is further expected to reach out to society for inviting participation and involvement for the common vision of creating a true "One Deeshari"

4. Being a registered society, manage separate book of accounts for such initiatives without the obligation of continuing with multiple physical accounts

While the proposed team has been formed by MDWS, we further open up for volunteers to self nominate themselves based on their own capacity. To elaborate, we are not only inviting nominations for exclusive cultural events, but also, for administrative activities. Considering the intention here being bringing all residents on common platform, it is well understood that the possibility of such an endeavour is only possible with all of us pitching in with whatever capacity we can.

The initial team members name has been given below for your reference. Hereon, the team will take on further communications on community connect activities. Please welcome them onboard together and extend our full cooperation to make this a successful endeavour.

MDWS deeply regret on sharing an incomplete communication yesterday. The mail sect had only names of 9 members out of 10. The Missing name was of “Debolina Chakraborty”. She is too, an integral part of the team.
