Dear Deeshari Family,

 

It’s time to wrap up and Welcome the new committee 2019-2021. On behalf of the entire DEFA I want to thank Deeshari family for supporting us in every front. It was impossible to execute the task without the trust and support of each one of you. 

Process

The New GB selection process will be same as earlier, we have done some changes in the zones due to the new inclusion of the building. Every building will have one Building representative. Every Zone will have 2 Zonal Representative except Zone B which will be having 3 ZR and 11 ZR will form the new General Body for 2019-21.  Below is the timeline and all the names should reach us before or by that day.

Some of the activities executed during the period 2017-2019

 

1.    Deeshari estate has been registered under Madurdaha Deeshari welfare Society.

2.    We have successfully executed the building repairing and maintenance work. (some rear and tear works are ongoing)

3.    Road and surroundings have been repaired

4.    All the buildings have KMC water now.

5.    Deeshari estate is covered under CCTV surveillance 

6.    The firefighting systems have been upgraded. 

7.    All the buildings have proper water supply and few have been updated with pump automation.

8.    The lighting systems are updated with LED which has given us huge savings.

9.   CESC bills are now paid through ECS and ensured a good saving in terms of money and man hours both. 

10.  All the roof or lift room doors have been repaired /changed.

11.  The entrance bamboo bar have been replaced with an iron boom bar which increasd the longevity and gave a better look to our society. 

12.  We have welcomed 19 happy families which have helped us to build corpus and increased the boundary of Deeshari estate.

13.  The security system has been upgraded.

14.  The waste management systems have been changed.

15.  The House keeping performance management has been introduced .

16.  The communication system have been improved and made robust. 

17.  A 36ft Self-support iron Ladder has been     ordered to handle emergency situations. 

18.  99% defaulters have been regularised.

19.  Reduction in Operational cost. 

 

Hope we have been successful in making DEESHARI Estate the best place to stay in.

We as a team, looking forward for a wonderful time ahead and excited to work jointly. As we know that we have big shoes to fill, but we promise to give our 100% effort to leave upto the expectations.
