Dear Residents,

Greetings!

In order to strengthen our security and that of the entire community, We would like all you are kind cooperation in regards to the followings:

1. Any Visitor from any fund raising companies or claiming NGOs are extremely risky if not validated or verifies. Such visitors, if requested to any of our residences need to be strictly through pre-approval through MyGate App only. Else, Deeshari security will restrict them at entry point without any formal communication made to the intended residence.

2. We have recently observed some unauthorized entry from an organization name PLAN INDIA agents whose appearance and intend was found quite suspicious. Thus, Deeshari Estate Security will strictly recommend no invitation are extended to them to access our premises.

3. We have implemented MyGate in January this year. We still observe a few residents still not having the feature enabled in their handheld devices. DEFA would urge all residents to opt for the app at the earliest and help us ensure stringent security for our own sake.

Any resident who would need any thing clarified or have any concern or need assistance may meet our security supervisor Somnath Sarkar at main gate or meet me at DEFA office during operation hours.
