Installation of old Intercom at Moni Twins Gate Security- reg

sir,
I have paid Rs.1000/- and also submitted paper, however, still the new
intercom has not started. I am facing problem to communicate with Moni
Twins Gate security as the old Intercom has been removed but in my
house the old Intercom is functional.
I request to install the old intercom at Moni Twins Gate security so
that I can communicate them in an emergency.
