Non installation of centrex despite charging for the same

 This is for your information that I paid Rs. 1000/- towards installation of Centrex from Airtel along with necessary documents as advised by your good office in March 2020 before lockdown. No money receipt was provided by the airtel guys. Even after three n half months, the same has not been installed and at the same time the old intercom system is not working causing a lot of difficulties. 

It will be highly appreciated if the new system can be installed ASAP and if not possible then to refund the charges and make the old intercom system functional. I know the Airtel guys may have faced some difficulty in carrying out the said work due to lockdown, though telecom sector was spared as emergency services and now things have normalised to a good extent. So further delay is not acceptable.
