Eight Digits Converter for New Numbering Plan in Kuwait

Hi All,

Since we are approaching the launch of the new numbering plan in
Kuwait, where an additional digit is going to be added to each 6 and 7
digits number, this would mean we have to go and update all our phone
contact information one by one accordingly.

Our Friend from Q8Ba7th.com have developed two small softwares that
would do the conversion of your CSV contact information, where you can
import them then again over your old address book information. This
means that it's not related to any specific phone. There is a Windows
version, and a Java version, so that you can run it on any platform
you like.
