plotting multiple bw

I'm learning to use galaxy to plot aggregated plots and heatmaps but I couldn't figure out how to represent several bigwigs in the same plot relative to TSS. I always end up with separated plots for each bw. Any guides on this matter can be of big help.

For computeMatrix you'll need to select multiple samples in the "Score file" field. Then they'll appear as adjacent panels in the same plot when you use plotProfile. If you want them in the same panel then in plotProfile set "Show advanced options" to "Yes" and toggle "Make one plot per group of regions" to "Yes".
