bedGraphToBigWig: Permission denied

I am trying to run deepTools locally but I have problems with the bedGraphToBigWig tools.
It tells me this:
sh: /Users/victorcorces/desktop/anaconda/bin/bedGraphToBigWig: Permission denied
I had yesterday similar issues trying to install fatotwobit tool from UCSC browser and I could not solve it.

any help will be much appreciate it thanks

Hi Elena,

can you try to set the executable bit for the UCSC tools?

chmod +x /Users/victorcorces/desktop/anaconda/bin/bedGraphToBigWig

I assume you have read permission on
/Users/victorcorces/desktop/anaconda/bin/bedGraphToBigWig.
