what is the correct parameter for --doTestRun in hicBuildMatrix

Hey guys,

I am learning to use hicBuildMatrix and one option '--doTestRun' keeps reporting error, since I used 'True' or 'true'. So what's the correct parameter for this one?

Also, if I do not include '--doTestRun option', can I still use '--doTestRunlines option'?
