Alternative of “nm-connection-editor” on Deepin OS 15.11. IP Not allocated to client on Ethernet connection

I recently switched from Ubuntu 18.04 to Deepin 15.11 and I frequently develop stuff on a Raspberry Pi, in order to get a SSH access and share the internet to the Raspberry Pi from my personal system, I connect both the devices over a LAN cable. The command "nm-connection-editor" enabled the "Shared to other computers" method in the IPv4. Since the command does not work in Deepin, I would like to know any possible alternates or the detailed description of the stuff which happens in background when we choose the above mentioned options in Ubuntu.
