Bug with Deepin Desktop.

It's not possible to slide up window into full screen on top of screen with multiple screen with different resolution.

My screen resolution:

1: 1920x1080

2: 1920x1080

3: 1360x768

Step to reproduce bug:

- click on window in my third screen in no full screen mode

- slide up window on the top of screen

- and release the window (the window is passed on full screen but in the first screen)

Bug with smart hiding of task bar (or dock) with multiple screen. 

When a window is on full screen mode on another screen. The trask bar is hiding as if the window was in the same screen.
