Help with image installation

Hi, I have encountered a problem with installing your distribution kit! To install the image, in BIOS I need to select OS selection MS DOS (non-uefi oc), then the image installer is loaded, but I physically cannot install the image (touchpad and usb devices do not work in ms dos mode). If you select OS selection Windows in the BIOS,

then just a black screen with a cursor appears. I tried about 10 programs for recording an image, but everything is the same, only it works in MS DOS mode. How to solve this problem?

I am using deepin for two weeks I loved the interface but my laptop (Dell latitude E6540) pointer sometimes vibrates a lot, it was working fine with windows10 can anyone help how to fix it as it's developer group.
