Our executive committee, in its meeting today , has decided to convene the Annual General Body Meeting on 7th July 2013 ,Sunday at 11 AM .

Agenda :
1. Welcome address by the
secretary
2. Address by the President of the activities of the Association since the last AGM.
3. Submission of Annual Accounts by the Treasurer
4. Election of New office Bearers of the Executive Committee – There are 4 posts for the office of President , Vice President , Secretary and Treasurer and 4 posts for the office of Joint Secretary – one from each Block and one post for Chairman –Welfare committee and 8 posts for the Executive committee member – 2 from each block .
5. Any other Agenda with the permission of the chair.
While extending a warm welcome to all our residents to the annual general body meeting, we request every one of you to attend the meeting without fail and contribute your valid and valuable suggestions to further improve the welfare of our residents.
We request all the owners who are not residing in our apartment complex to spend their time and attend the meeting without fail , as we have to take certain important decisions .
