We will discuss this in Sunday's EC meeting before a final decision is taken. I feel that at present the users for the TT table are not very high in numbers requiring a second table.Let's discuss

What i felt was it would take some more time and we should start using the room as early as possible. Hence i suggested to have the TT table there and  We may need one more TT table since the users are more . 

New lock has been put and you can get the key from the Manager and have a view of the room.

Spoke to Chandresh yesterday and he has confirmed that the room reserved in B Block for GYM can already be treated as handed over to the association and we can start using the same. Spoke to Manager and requested  him to arrange for fixing  an alternative lock and key ,after breaking open the existing lock . 

Reg. the dilapidated compound wall near the A block transformer and  also pending work in front of B block north west corner , I have asked the mason who has done the masonry work to come today to give the estimate . Ramesh would support me in finishing this work. We can survey the GYM room and if any plastering work is pending ,we can have that completed with the mason . 

Apart from this , we can check the electrical connections at the GYM room and make the room ready for use . I have suggested to transfer the TT Table from the C block convention hall to the new new GYM room and we have to ensure continuous use of the GYM room
