Dear Residents,

 

Just to appraise every one on the status of various projects taken up by association

 

Projects completed:

1. Completed all electrical issues raised by Electrical Inspectorate
2. Conducted Aadhar camp for our apartment and also facilitated to nearby apartments
3. Improved lighting (CFL lamps) in all floors/blocks as well as common areas
4. Removed the sand and cleaned common areas
5. Sign boards regarding cleanliness, rain water harvesting at the roof and non - smoking area placed
6. Purchased a PA system for the apartment to facilitate all events including birthday celebrations in the common room
7. Driveway stickers put which indicate blocks
8. Signed up with Common Floor for on line payment and provide gentle reminders for payments

 

 

Projects  in progress:

1. Reliable and low cost water sourcing and also renegotiation with current water supplier for reducing the water charges (on first priority)
2. Have possible greenery around the apartment
3. Beautification : have a step built between the blocks (middle). Discussion with contractor is in progress
4. Improved housekeeping and security
5. Floor plan stickers to be provided mentioning the flat locations and nos.
6. Continue support for events and festival celebrations

Our goal is to provide safe and quality life for the residents at low cost. Any new ideas and / or any volunteers for the projects are welcomed
