Reimbursement of water meter money

Hello all,

 

With this mail I request the approval of the President,Vice President,Secretary, Treasurer,Chairman welfare committee , all joint secretaries and all EC members for "Reimbursement of the water meter money collected to all residents who have paid ( around 55 members )"

 

I wish to bring to the notice of the all that its almost a year we have started collecting the money for water meter

 

I feel its not fair on our part to withhold this money anymore irrespective of the report from water meter sub committee

 

Hence , I request all to approve the reimbursement of this money immediately.

 

I will take the responsibility of conveying this to all DWAR residents and bear any blame arising out of it

DEAR SIR,                   PLEASE REFER TO THE TELE CON I HAD WITH YOU THIS FORENOON   IN THIS CONNECTION.      2.I FEEL IT IS MY DUTY TO CLARIFY OUR POSITION FOR THE BENEFIT OF OUR EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MEMBERS.    3.WE HAVE CONSTITUTED A SUB COMMITTEE FOR THIS SPECIFIC PURPOSE.THEY ARE ANALYSING THE ISSUE WITHOUT ANY BIAS/PREJUDICE/INTERVENTION. WE ARE EXPECTING THE FINAL REPORT AT ANY TIME.
