During 2016, we could really have good projects executed like 24x7 Security monitoring system, Intercom system, Garbage rooms build out (along with door-to-door garbage collection), Cultivating the practice of fogging to avoid mosquitoes, Closing the left out pigeon holes etc..etc...  Having said that, while we are welcoming 2017, I am sure we have couple of more important projects in pipeline like compound wall strengthening/plastering & DWAR common area paintings.

On my personal grounds, I am slotted to relocate to outside of Bangalore for a little longer time. Hence, with effect from 31st December 2016, I am resigning from the post of President for DWAR Association. I would like to thank each and every resident and the committee member who stood by me and supported all developments of our association. It has been my honor to serve the Association which has strong team of committee members and co-operative residents.

Please join me to congratulate Mrs. Joslin Kumar (copied on this mail) who has accepted to take the President role with effect from 1st JAN 2017. She would continue in the President position until next elections which are due in June 2017.
