Most urgent and important message from the President and Chairman Welfare committee

Dear All, 

There was an unfortunate incident happened yesterday around 1.45 pm . A senior citizen had fallen from one of the floors of the lift in C block while the lift is in motion .( I came to know this only around 5.00 pm and later checked the CCTV footage and confirmed that she had fallen from  a floor into the pit ) .

On behalf of the association and on my personal behalf , we convey our deep regret to the inconvenience , injury and mental agony caused to the family of C Block 106 . We tried to speak to them at their Flat yesterday night but no one was there. 

There is an emergency meeting today at 12 pm. We have to decide the further course of action  plan to avoid such mishaps in future . Please attend without fail  and help the EC to take a concrete decision considering the safety of all of us. It is time to get into action .
