Hello all,

Kindly find attached the final quote from Kone after making a site visit to our apartment 2 weeks before

This quote excludes all the civil work and civil work to be done by us using any civil contractor

1. The C block opening gate is liitle bit larger than 1 meter and its has to be reduced to 1 meter - hence cicvil work + relaying of tiles are extra

2. Similary for B block the entrance is just 0.9 meters as against the requirement of 1 meter.hence the opening to be widened + tile work

3. For A & D - no major civil work

Ramesh,

There is another quote with the mgr as well.They had quoted 8.5 for a automatic lift.
