I am trying to register our apartment at http://www.commonfloor.com/

This allows us internet based management for many aspects. 

Some features are free and some are chargeable.

With regard to this, commonfloor folks would like to give demo on what services they are offering.

They have requested to show up on This Saturday 11AM (10th Aug 2013)

Venue: SLS Springs ,Bangalore

Date: 08/10/2013 – [Saturday]
Time: 1100 Hrs [IST] (11:00 AM)

Agenda for the meeting:

We will be covering the below mentioned topics.

1.> Introduction to CommonFloor
2.> Why use CommonFloor
3.> Community Profile
4.> Member Management
5.> Committee members
6.> Property manager (Add staff)
7.> Maintenance Dues
8.> Accounting
9.> Notice Board
10.> Issue tracker
11.> Vendor Management
12.> New Features

The approximate duration of the demonstration would be around 1 hour where in ~45 minutes would be for the demonstration the last 15 minutes would be for QA and feedback.

Please let me know 

1. who and all are interested and available for this demo. We need at least 4 members from Association who can evaluate this.

2. If this demo schedule needs to be shifted 

..etc

I have added 194 flats and 4 block details, now anyone owner/tenant can join this community.

Give a try (Sign up and join Deepica's Residency community) to get a feel of site. It has many features
