First off, I’m sorry I haven’t replied to your support mail. It’s the right email address, I must have overlooked it.
This is a known issue. Deep Green internally recognises stalemate situations like this (even threefold repetitions), but doesn’t communicate it to the user. In the current version Deep Green is a rather “analogue” experience where it’s up to the user to stop the game or, rather, start a new one.
In the future, where you can have multiple games, I’ll probably have Deep Green handle these situations in a different manner.
